1.6.1: car sale price and car sale date

New features:

- Added 2 new fields to the car entity: sale price and sale date. You need to set the sale date so that the sale price is saved. With that feature I can now calculate the final cost of a car. Later on I will provide some car value estimation until it's sold.

- Problem with charts when the app theme and chart theme were different if running on Android <=2.1
