1.2.0: csv import/export

New features:

- CSV import/export. I will soon document the syntax for import. In the mean time, just do an export and you probably will understand it

Bug fix:

- Review of reminders algorithm in order to support better some use cases where reminders are in the past. Let me know if you have an issue

- Fix management of partial refuels in some charts.

- Fix export of bill reminders (missing bill name)
