1.3.2: a few more stats and date filter on global stats

New features:

- Add ability to filter by date on global stats screen

- Add cost by 100km (or 100miles) in global stats

- Some minor improvements like putting the edit text at the end of the distance when entering a new refuel in order to speed up the edition.

Bug fix:

- Fix some bugs in monthly fuel efficiency chart

- Fix buggy date filter in charts
