1.7.0: car pictures, app widget for refuel and new lpg algorithm

Currently working on release 1.7.0.

New features:

- Ability to take or use a picture for a vehicle

- New application widget that launches a new refuel for a selected car. It means you will be able to have one widget per car in order to speed-up new refuel editing

- I have also implemented a new algorithm for lpg/cng cars. I will detail it later on. But the idea is to have algorithm that fit your use. If among the 2 I will propose note suits you, please email me and I can add a new algorithm (maybe...)

App widgets: as you can see the pictures are different from my cars icon. It's because it will match the picture of your car/bike!

Pictures:
