1.3.0: more charts and more stats

Working on adding more charts:

- cost pie chart

- fuel efficiency aggregated by month

Feel free to e-mail me for more charts.

I'm also adding some more values to global stats:

- last fuel efficiency (easy reading of last refuel result)

- costs now include car purchase and initial costs in order to have the sum being really the added value of all items shown.
