0.9.5.0 released

This release includes a major internal refactoring to better support fuel efficiency computations.

new features:

- ability to enter the mileage of a car at purchase. Mainly useful for second hand cars

- added cost/km (miles) taking into account only refuels

- review of records screen. Now we display the 2 best& worst fuel efficiency, displaying the from-till dates as well as the correct fuel station and fuel quantity used. let me know if you have any remarks

bug fixes:

- about screen links now work again

- export of data was loosing service cost

- date US display in refuels was not in the correct format

- other minor fixes
