New features:
- Ability to take or use a picture for a vehicle
- New application widget that launches a new refuel for a selected car. It means you will be able to have one widget per car in order to speed-up new refuel editing
- I have also implemented a new algorithm for lpg/cng cars. First option takes the distance covered since last refuel of same fuel type, and second one takes distance since last refuel of any fuel type. I would advise to use last refuel from any type. But if you do so, please always create at least "partial" refuel when you switch. Remember that you can use zero as fuel quantity, but at least you record the distance.
