New features:
- New option in car setting to set the display rank of a vehicule in the drop-downs. Rank 0 is displayed before rank 1 and so on. If rank is same for 2 items, then it's sorted first by active items (not sold), and finally by alphabetical order.
Bug fix:
- partial refuels with gauge info was lost during export, and resulting in loss of data when imported on another device
- when creating a new refuel, the defafult vehicule settings (road type, etc...) were not changed when selecting a different car
- wrong reminder dates with some cases using a start distance
- other minor fixes
