Your feedback shapes My Cars

My Cars is built for every kind of driver — whether you track a single car or a whole fleet, drive electric, diesel, LPG or anything in between, and whether you count every penny or just the big expenses. A lot of what’s in the app today started as a suggestion from someone like you.

If something could work better, doesn’t fit how you drive, or you have an idea that would help — we want to hear it. Let’s grow the app together.


How do I get in touch?

  • Email usdavagdroid@gmail.com. The most direct way to reach the developer.
  • From inside the app — go to Menu > Help & FAQ and tap Email Support. This includes helpful details about your device automatically.
  • Rate & review on Google Play — ratings and reviews genuinely help, and we read them. Open the Play Store listing.

How do I suggest a feature?

Just email us and describe what you’d like to do and why — the problem you’re trying to solve is often more useful than a specific solution. Helpful things to include:

  • What you’re trying to track or achieve
  • How you do it today (and what’s awkward about it)
  • Whether it’s for one vehicle, several, or a specific type (EV, motorcycle, business use…)

Every suggestion is read, and recurring requests carry real weight in what gets built next.


How do I report a problem?

If something looks wrong or doesn’t work as expected, email us with:

  • What you did and what happened
  • What you expected instead
  • Your device model and Android version (handy if you use Email Support from the app, which adds these for you)

A screenshot is worth a thousand words — attach one if you can.


Will I get a reply?

This is a small, independent app with a developer who genuinely cares about it. We can’t promise an instant response to every message, but feedback is read and it directly influences the roadmap. Thank you for helping make My Cars better for everyone.
